– Designed and manufactured new guard rails for the Ellsworth show trailer
– Participated a couple bike events: Interbike (Las Vegas, Nevada) and Outerbike (Moab, Utah)
– Designed a protective carbon fiber panel for down tube of the Ellsworth Mountain Bikes
– Rendered several options in 3D CAD and then utilized in house 3D printer to fine-tune final selected design
– Designed final part in Catia V5 then worked with engineers on tooling design and prototyping
– Final part to be compression molded from carbon fiber and added to all future Ellsworth mountain bikes to protect from rock impacts
– Worked directly with the President, Tony Ellsworth, as well as engineers and industrial designers to define the geometries of the next road bike
